What it is
The Activity tab lists every change across the business: what was added, edited, deleted or restored, by whom and when. Book settings has the same list for one Book, under Book activity.
Why it helps
When a number looks wrong, you can see who changed it.
How to do it
- Tap Activity at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap All members to pick one person.
- Tap All activity to see only Added, Edited, Deleted or Restored.
- Tap All time to see Today, Yesterday or This week.
Good to know
- Activity comes from the server, so it fills in after a sync.
- Only people who manage the business see the Activity tab.
