Does MoneyBook send payment reminders to my customers?
Not automatically — we do not message your customers on your behalf. You send the statement yourself, on WhatsApp or however you like, so the relationship stays yours.
Can I record an old debt from before I started using the app?
Yes. Give the contact an opening balance and their history starts from the right figure.
Does it handle both directions — money I owe and money owed to me?
Yes. A supplier you owe and a customer who owes you are the same kind of record with the balance the other way round. Both show plainly which way the money goes.
