Is it free?
Yes. Recording and reading your own entries is free, with no entry limit, no trial clock and no card.
Does MoneyBook do VAT?
No. MoneyBook is a ledger, not accounting or tax software: it does not calculate VAT or file returns. If you want the VAT amount or an invoice number next to an entry, add it as a custom field in that book (up to five per book), and export to Excel for your accountant.
Can I see my staff’s entries live?
Yes. Entries a colleague records appear on your phone and in the web app without refreshing, as soon as their phone is online.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Entries save to the phone first and sync when a connection returns. Only creating your account needs internet, once.
