Staff without the keys

They record the sales. They never see the total.

This is the part a shared spreadsheet cannot do. An operator can add sales all day and the running balance is hidden from them. They cannot change yesterday, and they cannot see what the other assistant entered. Every entry carries their name.

Good to know

Is the daily sales record app free?

Yes. Recording and reading entries is free, forever, in writing in our Terms. No sales limit.

Can I use it on a PC?

Yes. The same book is in your browser at app.moneybook.ae, updating live as staff record sales on the phone.

Can staff see the total?

Only if you let them. Per book you decide whether the running balance is visible to an operator, whether they see other people’s entries, and whether they can backdate.

Does it do stock or invoices?

No. MoneyBook is a sales and expense record, not a point-of-sale or invoicing system. It is deliberately simple, which is why it gets kept up to date.
