MoneyBook runs in 33 languages, with Arabic and Urdu laid out right to left. The language is a personal setting, so the owner can work in Arabic or English while the cashier uses Hindi and the driver uses Urdu, all in the same book.

MoneyBook records plain amounts, so dirhams, or any currency you trade in, are kept exactly as typed.

Trust, set per book

Staff record. You decide what they see.

Give each person access book by book: View, Data Operator or Book Admin. For operators you can hide the running balance, hide other people’s entries, and stop backdating. Every add, edit and delete is logged with the person’s name.

Proof for every dirham

The bill stays with the entry.

Photograph the bill when you record the expense and it is attached to that entry. Your logo and signature go on the receipts you share, and reports go out as PDF or Excel for any date range.

Good to know

Is it free?

Yes. Recording and reading your own entries is free, with no entry limit, no trial clock and no card.

Does MoneyBook do VAT?

No. MoneyBook is a ledger, not accounting or tax software: it does not calculate VAT or file returns. If you want the VAT amount or an invoice number next to an entry, add it as a custom field in that book (up to five per book), and export to Excel for your accountant.

Can I run more than one business?

Yes. Add a second business and switch between them, each with its own books and its own team.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Entries save to the phone first and sync when a connection returns. Only creating your account needs internet, once.
