Is it free?
Yes. Recording and reading your own entries is free, with no entry limit, no trial clock and no card.
Does MoneyBook do GST?
No. MoneyBook is a ledger, not accounting or tax software: it does not calculate GST or file returns. If you want the GST amount or an invoice number next to an entry, add it as a custom field in that book (up to five per book), and export to Excel for your accountant.
Can my staff use it without seeing my profit?
Yes. You give each person access book by book. You can hide the running balance from them, hide other people’s entries, and stop them backdating entries or editing anyone else’s.
Does it work on a computer?
Yes. Open app.moneybook.ae in any browser and sign in with the same account. It is the same ledger, updating live, alongside Android and iPhone.
