What it is
Book settings has "Who can access this book?". It lists every member with chips: No access, View, Data Operator, Book Admin. Business admins are locked at Full access.
Why it helps
You are looking at the Book and want to give it to someone. No need to go through the team screen.
How to do it
- Open the Book and tap the three dots at the top for Book settings.
- Tap "Who can access this book?".
- Tap a chip for each member.
- Tap Save changes. Tap Add Member to bring in someone new.
Good to know
- Nothing changes until you tap Save changes.
- This is the same access the Business Team screen edits, not a second system.
- Members who gain a Book get a notification.
