Add a team member

What it is

Add member shows three groups: Team members already in this business, people from your phone contacts who are On MoneyBook, and Your contacts who are not on MoneyBook yet.

Why it helps

Someone already on MoneyBook joins instantly. Someone new gets an invitation with a download link.

How to do it

1. Open Settings, then Business Team, and tap Add team member.
2. Search by name, email or number.
3. Next to a person On MoneyBook, tap Add. Choose Admin or Employee. Choose how to tell them.
4. Next to a contact who is not on MoneyBook, tap Invite. See "Invite someone new".
5. Or tap Add manually and type the name, email and phone yourself.

Good to know

• Someone who already uses MoneyBook is added at once and told in the app. No email is sent unless you choose "Also an email".
• The app must have reached the server once before you can add people. Add members with internet on.
• Your phone contacts are matched on your phone. The address book is not uploaded.
