What it is
A person without a MoneyBook account gets an invitation. By email, we send it and it waits for them in the app. On WhatsApp, your WhatsApp opens with the message written and you send it.
Why it helps
They install the app, sign up with the same email, and the invitation is already there.
How to do it
- Open Settings, Business Team, Add team member.
- Tap Invite next to the contact, or tap Add manually.
- Choose Admin or Employee. For an employee, pick a role in each Book.
- Choose Invite by email or Invite on WhatsApp.
- Tap Send Invitation, or Send on WhatsApp.
Good to know
- An email invitation expires in 7 days. You can resend it from the Sent tab in Team invitations.
- A WhatsApp invitation with no email typed is only a message. Once they sign up, add them again from Add member.
- Invitations need internet. Offline, the app says team changes need a connection.
