What it is
The bar at the bottom of the screen has up to three tabs.
Books shows every Book of the business you are in.
Activity shows who added, edited, deleted or restored something, across the whole business.
Settings holds your account, business, team, preferences and data.
Why it helps
Everything in the app starts from one of these three places.
How to do it
- Tap Books to see your books. Tap a book to open it.
- Tap Activity to see what changed and who did it.
- Tap Settings for your business, team, language, app lock and more.
Good to know
- The Activity tab is only shown to people who manage the business. An employee does not see it.
- The greeting at the top of Books shows the business you are in. Tap it to switch business.
- The ? button above the + button on Books opens this Help Center.
