Your first Book and Entry

What it is

A Book holds your entries. An Entry is one movement of money. Make one Book, add one Entry, and you have started.

Why it helps

Once the first entry is in, the app shows you a balance, and every other feature builds on this.

How to do it

1. On the Books screen tap the orange + button.
2. Type a Book name, or tap one of the suggested names. Tap Create book.
3. The Book opens. Tap Cash In at the bottom.
4. Type the amount. Add a contact, a category or a remark if you like.
5. Tap Save Cash In.
6. Your balance now shows at the top of the Book.
