What it is
One account can hold many businesses. Each business has its own Books, contacts, categories and team. The Books screen always shows one business at a time.
Why it helps
Two shops, or a shop and a side business, stay completely apart.
How to do it
- On the Books screen tap the business name at the top.
- Tap a business in the list to switch to it.
- Tap Add new business to create another. Fill the profile and tap Save.
Good to know
- Businesses someone shared with you appear under Shared businesses, with the owner's name and your role.
- Books can be moved between businesses you own. See "Move a Book to another business".
