What it is
Every business has exactly one primary admin, the owner. The owner can hand the business to a member who has accepted the invitation. The old owner stays as an admin.
Why it helps
A partner takes over, or the person who set it up leaves.
How to do it
- Open Settings, then Business profile.
- Tap Change primary admin.
- Pick the member.
- Read the message and tap Hand over.
Good to know
- Only the new primary admin can hand it back.
- If nobody has joined yet, invite someone first and wait for them to accept.
- This option is only there for the owner of the business.
