What it is
The microphone button on the entry form listens to you and fills in the amount, Cash In or Cash Out, the contact, the date and the remark. Words it does not understand go into the remark.
Why it helps
Faster than typing when your hands are busy at the counter.
How to do it
- Tap Cash In or Cash Out.
- Tap the microphone button at the top.
- Say the entry, for example "500 from Ali for rice".
- Check the form. Fix anything that is wrong.
- Tap Save.
Good to know
- Your phone must support voice input. If not, the app tells you.
- If no amount was heard, try again and say the number clearly.
