What it is
Each Book can rename or hide the Contact, Category and Payment mode fields on its entry form. Other Books are not affected.
Why it helps
A salary Book does not need a category. A shop Book wants "Customer", not "Contact".
How to do it
- Open the Book and tap the three dots at the top for Book settings.
- Tap Entry field settings.
- For each field, switch between Shown on the entry form and Hidden.
- Type a new Label in this book if you want a different name.
Good to know
- Only a Book admin can change this. Changes save at once.
