What it is
Everything you delete goes to Trash first: Books under Deleted books, entries under Deleted entries. For 30 days you can restore them. You can also delete something forever right away.
Why it helps
A mistaken delete is never the end of your records.
How to do it
- Open Settings, then Trash.
- Tap Restore next to a Book or an entry to bring it back.
- Tap Delete forever to remove it for good. This cannot be undone.
Good to know
- A Book deleted with all its entries is restored together, entries included.
- In a shared business, a Book the admin deleted can only be restored by an admin. Employees see it but get no buttons.
- A data operator can look at trashed entries but cannot restore them.
