What it is
The All entries report with the Duration set to All time is the whole Book as a file. PDF is good for reading and sending. Excel is good for opening in a spreadsheet.
Why it helps
Keep a copy outside the app, send it to an accountant, or work on the numbers in a spreadsheet.
How to do it
- Open the Book and tap View reports.
- Tap All time under Duration.
- Tap All entries report.
- Tap Report columns if you want fewer columns.
- Tap Generate PDF or Generate Excel, then choose where to send it.
Good to know
- To bring an Excel or CSV file back in as a new Book, see "Import a Book from Excel or CSV".
- A single entry can be shared as text with Share entry, and a contact's history with Share statement (PDF).
