What it is
While the app is open, alerts arrive at once. To also get them while the app is closed on Android, turn on Instant alerts. Android then shows a small permanent notification that keeps the connection alive.
Why it helps
A shop owner wants to know the moment a staff member accepts an invitation, even with the app closed.
How to do it
- Open Settings.
- Under Preferences, switch on Instant alerts.
- Allow the permission if your phone asks.
Good to know
- It is off by default, so a fresh install shows nothing extra.
- The row only appears on Android and only when you are signed in.
