Forgot your password

What it is

If you forget your password, the app emails you a 6-digit code. With the code you set a new password.

Why it helps

You are never locked out of your own Books.

How to do it

1. On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password?".
2. Type your Email address and tap Send Code.
3. Open your email and copy the 6-digit code.
4. Type the code, a New password of at least 8 characters, and confirm it.
5. Tap Set New Password, then sign in with it.

Good to know

• If no account exists with that email, the app tells you and offers Create account.
• Changing the password signs you out everywhere else, for safety.
